This free schedule maker keeps your classes, work and routines in one editable timetable. Choose the days and hours you need, make it readable, then take a copy with you.
Click any empty slot and the editor opens with that day and time already filled in. Give it a name, pick the days it repeats, and pick a colour.
Start at 06:00 or 07:30, finish at 18:00 or 23:00, and choose 15, 30 or 60 minute intervals. Hide the weekend if you only need a working week.
Download a crisp image for your wall or phone, print straight to PDF, or save a readable JSON snapshot of every event and setting.
The timetable is encoded into the URL, so you can copy a share link or embed snippet without creating an account.
Make a colour coded schedule with one colour per subject or activity. Choose a font, solid colour, gradient or image background, then export your timetable design as a PNG.
The timetable creator runs in your browser and saves your working copy in browser storage. Exported files stay with you; share links contain the timetable data, so send them only to people you want to see that copy.
Start with one event. Build a week that works for you.
Click a slot in the grid, name it, choose the weekdays it repeats on, and set the start and end time.
Open Settings to trim the visible hours, switch the clock format, hide days you do not need, and adjust the title and font.
Open Background to apply a colour, a two-tone gradient, or an image behind the grid, and give each event its own colour.
Download a PNG, print to PDF, save the JSON, or copy a share link to send the timetable to someone else.
Use the same editable grid as a weekly schedule maker, student timetable or personal routine planner. These examples show what to put in each plan.
Build a Monday to Sunday timetable or show only your working days. Add recurring commitments once by selecting several weekdays, then fit appointments and free time around them. Start your week on Monday or Sunday in Settings.
Use the grid as a school timetable maker or personal university timetable planner. Add lectures, tutorials and labs at their confirmed times. For example, put a lecture on Monday and Wednesday from 09:00 to 10:00, then add travel time and study sessions separately. Keep room details in the event description.
Create a study schedule around school, college or work. Name each block after a concrete task, such as maths practice or essay revision, instead of filling every gap with a vague study label. Give subjects consistent colours and leave breaks and catch-up time between sessions. Review the plan when your workload changes.
Map your shifts, meetings, lunch breaks and focus time on a weekly grid. Add names to shift titles if you are preparing a small team rota. Share a link after checking each person's hours. It shares a snapshot: later edits need a new link, and rotating weeks need to be arranged manually.
Plan morning habits, meals, exercise, chores and downtime with time blocks. To make a daily timetable, open Settings and leave only the day you need visible. For a weekly routine, select the weekdays each activity repeats on. Adjust the start and end times to keep the useful part of your day in view.
Arrange a run of show, travel itinerary or appointment schedule by day and time. Include preparation, travel and breaks alongside the main activities. The grid represents weekdays rather than dated calendar events, so put any relevant date in the timetable title before exporting or printing.
Once you have added your events, check that the timetable leaves enough room for the rest of your day.
Put classes, shifts, appointments or other immovable events into the weekly timetable first. Then add work, study and personal time around them. Leave some space between blocks for travel or a task that runs long.
Use short event names and a consistent colour for each kind of activity. Show only the days and hours you need. If the grid feels crowded, increase the time interval or move extra detail into event descriptions.
Check the week for overlaps and unrealistic stretches. Drag an event to a better time, then save an image, print a PDF or share a link. Your editable copy stays in this browser.
Everything you need to start making a timetable.
A timetable maker lets you arrange events by day and time in a visual grid. Use this timetable builder for weekly classes, shifts, study blocks, routines or event schedules. A time table maker or schedule creator describes the same kind of tool.

Yes. Download a PNG or JSON file, use Print to save a PDF, or copy a share link. The link contains the timetable data, so anyone with it can view that copy.
You choose the activities, days and times yourself. This timetable generator turns those entries into a visual weekly plan. It does not automatically assign subjects, allocate classrooms or resolve scheduling conflicts. Review the grid and move any overlapping events before sharing it.
Yes. Start with the empty grid, choose your visible days and hours, and add your own activities. Download a PNG or print a blank timetable before adding events if you want to fill it in by hand. There is no separate template gallery.
Yes. Settings lets you switch between a 12-hour and 24-hour clock and choose your visible hours. Times run from 00:00 to 23:59. An event must finish later on the same day; split an overnight shift into separate events on each day.
Your working timetable is saved in this browser's local storage. It remains available here until you clear the timetable or browser data.
